W momencie wydania nowej wersji systemu Debian, stare repozytoria zostają przemianowane z stable na oldstable, stąd też podczas wykonywania komend apt-get możemy otrzymać błąd:

N: Repository 'http://security.debian.org/debian-security buster/updates InRelease' changed its 'Suite' value from 'stable' to 'oldstable'
N: Repository 'http://deb.debian.org/debian buster-updates InRelease' changed its 'Suite' value from 'stable-updates' to 'oldstable-updates'
Rozwiązaniem jest wykonanie komendy apt-get z parametrem –allow-releaseinfo-change:
apt-get update --allow-releaseinfo-change
Komendę należy wykonać jednorazowo, po czym wszystko będzie działać.
